Acceptance of Terms
By using the Madi Devs website or our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
Madi Devs provides specialized website design and development services for law firms, medical clinics, construction companies, consulting firms, and real estate agencies. Our services include:
- Custom website design and development
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Website hosting and maintenance
- Digital consulting
Quotes and Payment
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Payment terms:
- 50% deposit before work commences
- 50% final payment upon project completion
- For larger projects, a custom payment schedule may be arranged
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of custom design and code is transferred to the client. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide all required content and materials in a timely manner
- Review work and respond to feedback requests within 5 business days
- Ensure all materials provided do not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Revisions
Our projects typically include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Warranty
We warrant that work delivered will be free from material defects for 30 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover:
- Issues caused by third-party modifications
- Third-party hosting or infrastructure problems
- Changes required due to changing client requirements
Limitation of Liability
Madi Devs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:
- Client pays for all work completed up to the termination date
- Any fees paid in advance for uncompleted work will be refunded (minus administrative fees)
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
